''A" Height and Area District the recently annexed land . being generally described as a triangular parcel of land . being bounded on the east by the east right -of -way line of the Pennsylvania Railroad, on the north by a line 200 feet south of Chippewa Avenue, and on the west by a line extended north from the intersection of the east right - of -way line of the Pennsylvania Railroad and the north right -of -way line of Ireland Road was legally advertised under date of May 28, 1962 and given public hearing on June 14, 1962. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the best use for the area in question would be industrial.
