Road 660 feet north and south by 355 feet east and west and lying 620 feet north of Edison Road "C" Commer- cial Use and. "A" Height and. Area District was legally advertised under date of February 19, 1962 and given public hearing on March 1, 1962. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the property in question lies between existing commercial zoning, that it was com- mercially zoned in the County, that there is an apparent need for additional commercial zoning in the general area, and that the best use of subject land. would. be commercial.
