Of PI <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to <br />zone the recently annexed land being more generally de- <br />scribed as being a parcel of land on the east side of Iron- <br />wood. Road 660 feet north and south by 355 feet east and <br />west and lying 620 feet north of Edison Road "C" Commer- <br />cial Use and. "A" Height and. Area District was legally <br />advertised under date of February 19, 1962 and given <br />public hearing on March 1, 1962. The following action <br />was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that the property in question lies between <br />existing commercial zoning, that it was com- <br />mercially zoned in the County, that there is <br />an apparent need for additional commercial <br />zoning in the general area, and that the best <br />use of subject land. would. be commercial.
