AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, AS HERETOFORE AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1• That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended and supplemented, be and the same is hereby amended and supple- mented by zoning as "B" Residential Use and "B" Height and Area District the following property: Lots Numbered 55, 54, 53, and the east one -half of Lots Numbered 52 and 51 of State Bank Out Lots 1st being generally described as all but the northwest corner of the block bounded on the north by Wayne Street, on the east by Taylor Street, on the south by Western Avenue and on the west by Scott Street.
