DIL OV PI <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to <br />zone the recently annexed land being more generally de- <br />scribed as a triangular shaped parcel of land lying be- <br />tween South Bend Avenue on the north and west and Iron- <br />wood Road on the east "C" Commercial Use and "A" Height <br />and. Area District was legally advertised under date of <br />January 22, 1962 and given public hearing on February 1, <br />1962. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that this is the most logical zoning for said <br />area and that substantial justice would be <br />done by the granting of the petition. It was <br />therefore duly moved, seconded, and unanimously <br />carried that the petition be recommended favor- <br />ably to the Council. <br />Very truly yours, <br />CITY PING COMMISSION <br />Robert L.
