A"'. 111, or PuxxIRG <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to <br />zone the recently annexed. land being more generally de- <br />scribed as being a parcel of land. 305 feet north and <br />south by 154 feet east and west at the southeast corner <br />of Ironwood Road and Roosevelt Street "C" Commercial Use <br />and "All Height and Area District was legally advertised <br />under date of January 22, 1962 and given public hearing <br />on February 1, 1962. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that this is the most logical zoning for said. <br />area and that substantial justice would be <br />done by the granting of the petition.
