ORDINANCE NO. `f 13 g' � )� <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING <br />ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, AS HERETOFORE <br />AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />Section 1• <br />That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended and <br />supplemented, be and the same is hereby amended and supple- <br />mented by zoning as "C" Commercial Use and "A" Height and <br />Area District the following described property: <br />Beginning at a point in the Southwest One Quarter of <br />Section 32, T38N, R3E, at the intersection of the <br />south right -of -way line of Roosevelt Street and the <br />east right -of -way line of Ironwood Road, thence south <br />along the east right =of -way line of Ironwood Road a <br />distance of 305 feet, more or less; thence east a <br />distance of 154 feet; more or less; thence north a <br />distance of 305,feet, more or less, to the south <br />right -of -way line of Roosevelt Street, thence west <br />along the south right -of =way line of Roosevelt <br />Street a distance of 154 feet, more or less, to <br />the place of beginning. <br />Section 2: <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor and legal <br />publication. <br />�E Lez= vMO� A Member of the Com'S OFFICE <br />� � . •.�; /�`� of the City of South 8 , <br />i <br />ed, c.a FEB 231962 <br />S=REDA C.
