BEwrvOER....T...A, a[ ruxNlxa <br />The attached petition of the Riverview Development Com- <br />pany to rezone a parcel of land in the 1900 block of <br />Northside Boulevard being bounded on the north by North - <br />side Boulevard and on the south by the St. Joseph River <br />from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area Dis- <br />trict to "B" Residential Use and "C" Height and Area <br />District was legally advertised under date of January <br />22t 1962 and given public hearing on February 1, 1962. <br />The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that substantial justice would be done by <br />the granting of the petition and that the <br />proposed. apartment building would be an asset <br />to the City of South Bend.
