ORDINANCE NO. <br />plLED IN CLERK'S OFFICE <br />JAN 5'10 <br />AN 'ORDINANCE- AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 IFREDA Q- N©me <br />COMMONLY KN04'N AS THE ZONING ORDINANCEct emAU.ebwfiHbr!ror, tne. <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIAN/, <br />AS AMENDED <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />Section 1• <br />That Section 18, Sub - Section E -(2) of Ordinance No. <br />3702, (as amended), commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana, is hereby amended by the <br />addition thereto of the following: <br />(f) Fairs displays, shows and exhibits. Provided <br />that: 1 They are con ucted by public or semi" <br />public voluntary organizations such as Boy Scouts, <br />Girl Scouts, Campfire Girls, Izaak Walton League, <br />4 -H Fair; (2) The parcel of land is not less than <br />ten (10) acres in area; (3) All buildings, structures, <br />and uses shall be located not less than one hundred <br />(100) feet from adjoining property lines; (4) <br />Adequate off - street parking shall be provided and <br />shall be located not less than fifty (50) feet <br />from the nearest property line; (5) All required <br />setback areas shall be permanently maintained as <br />open space, except for walks, driveways, fences, <br />and structures or buildings for admission control; <br />(6) That there be no housing of animals except in <br />connection with exhibits. <br />Section 2: <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor and legal <br />Publication. <br />Id & 2nd READING Il l6 <br />001VIMME OF THE WHOLE <br />PUBLID HEARING <br />3rd READING <br />NOT APPROVED <br />REFERRED <br />PASSED <br />Mem r o the Common oun it <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana <br />
