Also attached is a copy of the petition, <br />Statement of Benefits form, and supporting information. <br />The report contains the Department's findings relative to the above petition. The <br />Petitioner, Lippert Components Manufacturing Inc. has an executed lease for the TJX <br />building.. Lippert Components Manufacturing Inc. will install $1,300,000 of new <br />equipment over the next two years. This project qualifies for a five year personal <br />property abatement under the Indiana State Code.
