SEP 2111962 <br />Fr =E_.P�Pk, C.-,,, ��Q 6.W <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />CITY CLEiw;<- SC "; �;- 8W::%J: 1:(.D, <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPRORIATIONS IN <br />THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION FUND - $3.00. 00 <br />WHEREAS: Certain extraordinary conditions have devebped since the adoption <br />of the existing annual budget, so that it is now necessary to appropriate more <br />money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions of <br />City Government to meet such extraordinary emergencies: <br />SECTION I. BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, that for the expenses of the City Government <br />and its institution for the year ending December 31, 1962, the <br />following sum of money is hereby appropriated and set apart out of the <br />fund herein named and for the purpose herein specified subject to <br />the laws governing the same, and such sum herein appropriated <br />shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to be made <br />during the year, unless otherwise expressly stipulated and pro- <br />vided by law. <br />SECTION H. That for said fiscal year there is hereby appropriated out of the <br />various City Funds hereinafter named, the following specified <br />amounts to meet such extraordinary emergencies, as follows: <br />CITY PLANNING COMMISSION FUND <br />Account No. 242 - Publication of Notices 125.00 <br />Account No. 55 - Subscriptions and Dues 75.00 <br />Account No. 62 - Social Security - City's share 100.00 <br />$300.00 <br />SECTION III. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations <br />now have unobligated balances which will not be needed for the <br />purposes herein for which appropriated, it is therefore, further <br />ordained by the aforesaid Common Council that such unnecessary <br />existing appropriations are now reduced in amounts as follows: <br />CITY PLANNING COMMISSION FUND <br />Account No. 321 - Gasoline 75.00 <br />Account No. 363 - Other Office Supplies 100.00 <br />City Planning - General Fund 125.00 <br />$300.00 <br />SECTION IV.
