1 <br />J <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS <br />IN THE FAIR EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES COMMISSION <br />FUND -- $30.63 <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption <br />of the existing annual budget, so that it is now necessary to appropriate more <br />money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions of <br />City Government to meet such extraordinary emergencies: <br />SECTION I. BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, that for the expenses of the City <br />Government and its institutions for the year ending Dec- <br />ember 31, 1962, the following sums of money are hereby <br />appropriated and set apart out of the several funds herein <br />named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to <br />the laws governing the same, and such sums herein ap- <br />propriated shall be held to include all expenditures <br />authorized to be made during the year, unless otherwise <br />expressly stipulated and provided by law. <br />SECTION II. That for said fiscal year, there is hereby appropriated out <br />of the various City Funds hereinafter named, the following <br />specified amount to -meet such extraordinary emergencies, <br />as follows: <br />FAIR EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES COMMISSION FUND <br />Account No. 214 - Telephone and Telegraph $30. 63 <br />SECTION III. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropria- <br />tions now have unobligated balances which will not be needed <br />for the purposes herein for which appropriated, it is therefore, <br />further ordained by the aforesaid Common Council that such <br />unnecessary existing appropriations are now reduced in <br />amounts as follows: <br />FAIR EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES COMMISSION FUND <br />Account No. 725 '- Office Equipment $30.63 <br />SECTION IV.
