FILEg JJJ CLERK'S OFFICE <br />JUL 6 1992 <br />FFpA. di C . <br />CIYt CrERK - SOT11Et�0: ID79. <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS <br />IN THE ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT FUND, $570. 00 <br />WHEREAS: Certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption <br />of the existing annual budget, so that it is now necessary to appropriate more <br />money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions of <br />City Government to meet such extraordinary emergencies: <br />SECTION I. BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, that for the expenses of the <br />City Government and its institutions for the year ending <br />December 31, 1962, the following sum of money is here- <br />by appropriated and set apart out of the fund herein <br />named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to <br />the laws governing the same, and such sum herein appro- <br />priated shall be held to include all expenditures authorized <br />to be made during the year, unless otherwise expressly <br />stipulated and provided by law. <br />SECTION II. That for said fiscal year there is hereby appropriated out <br />of the various City Funds hereinafter named, the following <br />specified amounts to meet such extraordinary emergencies, <br />as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />Account No. V -252 - Repairs of Equipment $200.00 <br />Account No. V -321 - Gasoline 180.00 <br />Account No. V -324 - Other Garage and Motor 190.00 <br />Supplies and Parts <br />Total $570.00 <br />SECTION III.
