South Bend, Indiana, that the foregoing contract and agreement, made and <br />entered into the day of February, 1962, by the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, acting by and through its Board of Public Works and Safety, and. <br />Northern Indiana Transit, Inc., be and the same is hereby in all things ap- <br />proved, ratified and confirmed, and said Northern Indiana Transit, Inc., its <br />successors and assigns, is hereby granted the right, privilege and authority <br />as in said contract and agreement set forth, and in accordance with the terms, <br />provisions and contents thereof. <br />Section 2.
