ORDINANCE NO. 4y4 —l"'z <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A LEASE BETWEEN THE <br />MUNICIPAL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND <br />ALBERT MEILSTRUP, d /b /a MEILSTRUP CARTAGE <br />COMPANY. <br />WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 26th day of December, 1961, the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, by and trhough its Board of Public Works and Safety <br />pursuant to a resolution duly adopted, made and entered into the following <br />lease agreement with Albert Meilstrup, d /b /a Meilstrup Cartage Company, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said Board of Public Works and Safety pursuant to <br />resolution duly adopted, executed said lease, which said lease is set out as <br />follows, to -wit: <br />
