ORDINANCE NO <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 11A, SECTION 7 OF <br />THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, ADOPTED IN 1949, ALSO KNOWN AS ORDINANCE <br />NO. 3925, ARTICLE 1, SECTION 7. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That Chapter 11A, Section 7 of the Municipal Code of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana, adopted in 1949, also <br />known as Ordinance No. 3925, Article 1, Section 7, be <br />and the same hereby is amended to read as follows: <br />SECTION 7. It shall be unlawful to keep on the open premises, a <br />vehicle which is inoperable for a period of more than <br />30 days, and further to dump any garbage or household <br />rubbish or trash of any type,kind or nature, within the <br />city limits of the City of South Bend, except in such <br />areas as are designated by the board of public works and <br />safety of the City of South Bend as land -fill areas, and <br />upon such terms and regulations as may hereinafter be <br />provided for in this chapter, or which may be enacted <br />by the board of public works and safety. <br />SECTION II.
