ORDINANCE NO. <br />, ,F �,p •_ "FCiO , <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS <br />IN 1959 GENERAL STREET IMPROVEMENT FUND, <br />$2, 317. 21 <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption <br />of the existing budget, so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money <br />than was appropriated in the budget for the various functions of City Government <br />to meet such extraordinary emergencies: <br />SECTION I. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, that for the expenses of the City <br />Government and its institutions for the year ending Decem- <br />ber 31, 1961, the following sums of money are hereby <br />appropriated and set apart out of the several funds herein <br />named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to <br />the laws governing the same, and such sums herein ap- <br />propriated shall be held to include all expenditures author- <br />ized to be made during the year, unless otherwise expressly <br />stipulated and provided by law. <br />SECTION II. That for said fiscal year there is hereby appropriated out of <br />the various City funds hereinafter named, the following <br />specified amounts to meet such extraordinary emergencies, <br />as follows: <br />1959 GENERAL STREET IMPROVEMENT FUND <br />1959 General Street <br />Improvement Fund $ 2,317. 21 <br />SECTION III.
