Proposal #N1 -12 -121 <br />In providing estimates of probable construction cost, the City of South Bend (City) understands <br />that the Carl Walker has no control over the cost or availability of labor, equipment or <br />materials, or over market conditions or the Contractor's method of pricing, and that the <br />Consultant's estimates of probable construction costs are made on the basis of the <br />Consultant's professional judgment and experience. The Consultant makes no warranty, <br />express or implied, that the actual cost of the Work will not vary from the Consultant's estimate. <br />PROPOSED FEE <br />We propose to provide the above scope of services for a fixed fee of $3,000, including <br />estimated reimbursable expenses. <br />We have enclosed the Carl Walker Standard Terms and Conditions under which we propose to <br />provide our services.
