BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1• That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended and supplemented, be and the same is hereby amended and supple- mented by zoning as "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the following described property: Beginning at a point on the east right -of -way line of Lilac Road 613.38 feet, more or less, south of the south right -of -way line of Darden Road, which point is in the Southeast One Quarter of Section 22, T38Id, R2E, thence east a distance of 323.23 feet; more or less; thence south a distance of 196 feet; more or less; thence west a distance of 324.6 feet, more or less, to the east right -of -way line of Lilac Road, thence north a distance of 196 feet, ' more or less, to the place of beginning containing 1.4 acres, more or less.
