HUFF, -01 Or PLANNIII
HOWARD J. BELLINGER- I.T.. -Or PLANN...
The attached proposed ordinance originated by the City
Planning Commission to zone "A" Residential Use and "A"
Height and Area District the recently annexed land being
generally described as a parcel of land containing 109
acres at the northeast corner of Maple Road. and Douglas
Road (also known as Lathrop Avenue) was legally adver-
tised under date of April 23, 1962 and given public
hearing on May 3, 1962. The following action was taken:
After due consideration the Commission found
that the proposed zoning would be the most
logical zoning for the property in question
and. that substantial justice would be done by
the granting of the petition. It was therefore
duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried
that the petition be recommended favorably to
the Council.
Very truly yours,
CITY PLANNING COMMISSSI/jON
Robert L.
