ORDINANCE NO. f4A AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, AS HERETOFORE AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1: That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended and supplemented, be and the same is hereby amended and supple- mented by zoning as "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the following described property: Beginning at a point on the present city limits, at the intersection of the north right -of -way line of Lathrop-Street and the east right -of -way line of Maple Road, which right -of -way line is also the present city limits, thence north along the present city-limits for a distance of 2,331 feet, more or less, to a point 330 feet, more or less, south of the north line of the Southwest One Quarter of said Sec- tion 27, thence east parallel with the north-line of the Southwest One Quarter of said Section 27, a distance of 640 feet; more or less; thence north a distance of 330 feet, more or less, to the north line of the Southwest One Quarter of said'Section 27, which line is also the present city limits, thence east along the present city limits for a distance of 764 feet; more or less; thence south a distance of 680 feet] more or less; thence east a distance of 580 feet; more or less; thence south a distance of 2,081 feet, more or less, to the north right -of -way line of Lathrop Street, thence west along the north right -of- way line of Lathrop Street 1,987 feet, more or-less, to the place of beginning containing 109 acres, more or less.
