ORDINANCE NO. 7'G� AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 37029 AS HERETOFORE AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1: That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended and supplemented, be and the same is hereby amended and supple- mented by zoning as "E" Heavy Industrial Use and "F" Height and Area District the following described property: Beginning at a point on the east right -of -way line of Maple Road at the intersection of the north line of the Southwest One Quarter of Section 27, thence east along the north line of the Southwest One Quarter of said Section 27, for a distance of 640 feet, more or less, thence south a distance of 330 feet more or less, thence west parallel with the north line'of the Southwest One Quarter of the said Section 27, for a distance of 640 feet, more or less, to a'point on the east right -of -way line of Maple Road, thence north along the east right -of -way line of Maple Road a distance of 330 feet, more or'less, to the place of beginning, containing 5 acres, more or less.
