ORDINANCE NO. ~~ ~~- ~~O <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, IN, APPROPRIATING $225,000 FROM THE SEWER REPAIR FUND (640). <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF FUNDING UNANTICIPATED PRIVATE SEWER REPAIRS. <br />Statement of Purpose and Intent: <br />In order to meet the costs associated with unanticipated repairs to private sewer <br />lines covered by the sewer repair insurance program, this ordinance is necessary: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $225,000 is hereby appropriated within Fund 640 for <br />outside contractor costs associated with the Sewer Repair Program. <br />SECTION II.
