Y#b /- .2, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING QQ �ao� ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, AS HERETOFORE �Qm�SP 4oa AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, 10116W3lIS7 Section 1• That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended and supplemented, be and the same is hereby amended and supple- mented by zoning as "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the following described property: Beginning at a point on the south line of the South- west One Quarter of Section 32, T38N, R3E, 726 feet east of the southwest corner of the Southwest One Quarter of said Section 32, thence north a distance of 660 feet, more or less, thence east a distance of 132 feet; more or less; thence south a distance of 660 feet, more or less, to the south line of the Southwest One Quarter of said Section 32, thence west a distance of 132 feet to the place of be- ginning containing 2 acres and being more generally described as a parcel of land fronting on Edison Road 726 feet east of Ironwood Road and bounded on the east and west by the present city limits.
