Edward Talley, Director <br />Please fine the attached ordinance which has been prepared for introduction at the Common <br />Council. The purpose of this ordinance is to establish the properly at 229 S. William as an <br />Historic Landmark. The described real estate is part of lots 7 and 8 in Vail's Subdivision of <br />Block 3 to South Bend. face. <br />At its public hearing held on August 21, 2000, the Historic Preservation Commission <br />recommended designation of this property to the Common Council.
