Or PLAN"" The attached petition of the Common Council to annex to the City of South Bend, Indiana a parcel of land bounded on the north, south and east by the present city limits and on the west by Lilac Road and being 613 feet south of Darden Road., said parcel containing 1.4 acres, more or less, was legally advertised under date of March 26, 1962 and given public hearing on April 5, 1962. The fol- lowing action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the six determinants of annexation exist. It was therefore duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that the petition be recom- mended favorably to the Council.
