"A" Height <br />and Area District the recently annexed land being more <br />generally described as containing 9.99 acres, more or <br />less, in the Northwest One Quarter of Section 27, T38N, <br />R2E, and. more commonly known as the South Bend Police <br />Pistol Range, was legally advertised under date of <br />March 26, 1962 and given public hearing on April 5, <br />1962. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that this is the most logical zoning for said <br />area and that substantial justice would be <br />done by the granting of the petition.
