Western Ave. South Bend, IN <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />IRBN plans to make several improvements to 2115 W. Western Ave. South Bend, IN. These <br />improvements will affect the cosmetic appearance as well as the functionality of the property. <br />The exterior of the building will receive new paint along, exterior lighting, fencing, landscaping, <br />access stairs and ramps. Exterior drainage systems will be repaired as well building roof. Tbree <br />new dock doors will be installed, with the addition of a drive in cooler /freezer. <br />On the interior of the building insulation will be added and openings sealed. New lighting, and <br />heating systems will be installed along with plumbing and fixtures. New flooring and paint will <br />be added throughout. Broken doors and windows will also be replaced.
