HUFF <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to <br />rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />District the property generally described as being <br />bounded on the north by Calvert Street, on the east by <br />Kendall, on the south by Ewing and on the west by the <br />first north - south alley east of Chapin between Donald <br />and Calvert and Catalpa betwee:a Donald and Ewing and <br />the west side of Kemble betwee:Z Donald and Ewing was <br />legally advertised under date of March 25, 1963 and <br />given public hearing on April 4, 1963. The following <br />action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Sommission found <br />that the best zoning for the subject property <br />would be "A" Residential.
