HUFF The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the property generally described as being bounded on the north by Calvert Street, on the east by Kendall, on the south by Ewing and on the west by the first north - south alley east of Chapin between Donald and Calvert and Catalpa betwee:a Donald and Ewing and the west side of Kemble betwee:Z Donald and Ewing was legally advertised under date of March 25, 1963 and given public hearing on April 4, 1963. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Sommission found that the best zoning for the subject property would be "A" Residential.
