NOBLE CITY CLERK -SO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section l: That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing the zoning classification of the following described property from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District: Lots 61 -95 inclusive of City View Place Addition, also Lots 1 -12 inclusive of Creeds Addition, Lots 1 -24 inclusive and 32 -45 inclusive of Pt. of D. M. Shively's Addition, also Lots A -F inclusive of Citizen Home Co's 5th Re -plat including Lots 46 -59, inclusive of Citizen's Home Co. replat of Lots 46 to 55 of Shively's Addition, also Lots 1 -15 inclusive of South West Addition, being more generally described as bounded on the north by Calvert, on the east by Kendall, on the south by Ewing and on the west by the first north -south alley east of Chapin between Donald and Calvert and Catalipa between Donald and Ewing, also the west side of Kemble between Donald and Ewing.
