CPC <br />April 8, 1963 <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to <br />rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" &eight and Area <br />District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />District Lots 207 -215 inclusive of Brentwood Estates <br />6th addition, being generally described as bounded on <br />the north by Lincoinway West and all having frontage on <br />Brentwood Court was legally advertised under date of <br />March 25, 1963 and given public hearing on April 4, 1963• <br />The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that the best zoning for the subject property <br />would be "A" Residential.
