CPC April 8, 1963 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" &eight and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District Lots 207 -215 inclusive of Brentwood Estates 6th addition, being generally described as bounded on the north by Lincoinway West and all having frontage on Brentwood Court was legally advertised under date of March 25, 1963 and given public hearing on April 4, 1963• The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for the subject property would be "A" Residential.
