WEST The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from gC" Commercial Use and "D" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District Lots 3, 4, 5 of Steyaert and Gryp Addition including Lot 272 of Part of Northwest 3rd Plat and Lots 1 and 2 of Tzitonok's Sub. being generally described as the northeast and southwest corners of Bryan and Sherman was legally advertised under date of March 25, 1963 and given public hearing on April 4, 1963. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for the subject property would be "A" Residential.
