WEST <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to <br />rezone from gC" Commercial Use and "D" Height and Area <br />District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />District Lots 3, 4, 5 of Steyaert and Gryp Addition <br />including Lot 272 of Part of Northwest 3rd Plat and Lots <br />1 and 2 of Tzitonok's Sub. being generally described as <br />the northeast and southwest corners of Bryan and Sherman <br />was legally advertised under date of March 25, 1963 and <br />given public hearing on April 4, 1963. The following <br />action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that the best zoning for the subject property <br />would be "A" Residential. It was therefore <br />duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried <br />that the petition be recommended favorably to <br />the Council. <br />Very truly yours, <br />CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Robert L.
