HUF F. 131 ce T"OV PLANNING <br />April 8, 1963 <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached petition of property owners to rezone from <br />the existing zoning to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height <br />and Area District Lots 1 -60 inclusive of City View Place <br />being generally described as the east side of Kemble <br />between Ewing and Calvert, the west side of Catalpa <br />between Ewing and Calvert and the east side of Catalpa <br />between Donald and Calvert was legally advertised under <br />date of March 25, 1963 and given public hearing on <br />April 4, 1963. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that the best zoning for the sbhject property <br />would be "A" Residential. It was therefore <br />duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried <br />that the petition be recommended favorably to <br />the Council with the further recommendation <br />that Lots 23 -24 and the south 40 feet of Lots <br />25, 26, and 27 be excluded from the petition. <br />Very truly yours, <br />CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Robert L.
