T✓� % G AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1: That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing the zoning classificiation of the following described property from "B" Residential Use District and "B" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District: Lots Numbered 40 -86 inclusive and Lots 110 -124 inclusive all being a part of Brentwood Estates 1st Addition Section "B" and Lots 164 -181 inclusive, also Parcel 1, 2, and 3 all a part of Brentwood Estates, being generally described as being bounded on the east by Ryer Street, on the west by Sheridan Avenue, on the south by Crumstown Avenue (Ardmore Trail) and on the north by Lincoln way west.
