The maximum gradient between <br />vertical transitions shall be not greater than fourteen (14 %) <br />per cent. <br />* Measured gutter line to gutter line. <br />** Curb and gutter shall generally not be required on the <br />highway side. A planting strip, with a minimum width of <br />ten (10) feet may be required on the highway side. <br />3.
