Except that the City of South Bend retains the. following described <br />real estate, to -wit: <br />A strip of land ten (10) feet wide, East and West, taken off of <br />the entire East end of said tract, to be used as a part of <br />Kemble Street between Bruce Street and Donald Street, and <br />another strip of land Eighty (80) feet wide, North and South <br />through the entire tract from Kemble Street to Webster Street <br />and centered on the center line of Calvert Street extended, to <br />be used for the extension of Calvert Street through said tract, <br />in the City of South Bend. <br />It is further authorized that said Deed shall carry <br />a reversionary clause that in the event the State <br />of Indiana does not use the said above described <br />premises for an Armory within a period of five <br />(5) years from date, then all of said real estate <br />shall revert to the City of South Bend. <br />SECTION II.
