WOROEN <br />The attached petition of Crest Manor Corporation to annex <br />to the City of South Bend the property generally described <br />as a tract of land situated in the north half of Section 31, <br />T37N, R3E, south of Jackson Road between Miami Road and <br />Ironwood Drive, and being bounded on the north and east by <br />the present city limits and containing 37.8 acres, more or <br />less was legally advertised under date of December 24, 1962 <br />and given public hearing on January 3, 1963. The following <br />action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found thgt in <br />their opinion the six determinants of annexation apply <br />to the area in issue. It was therefore duly moved, <br />seconded, and unanimously carrieddthat the petition <br />be recommended favorably to the Council. <br />Very truly yours, <br />CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Robert L.
