HUFF <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to <br />rezone from "B" Residential Use District and "B" Height <br />and Area District to "A" Residential Use District and <br />"A" Height and Area District the property generally <br />described as being bounded on the west by Woodland Ave., <br />on the north by Elwood Avenue, on the south by Ardmore <br />Trail and on the east by Sheridan Avenue, plus Lots <br />32 -39 inclusive and lot 141 which are bounded on the <br />west by Sheridan Avenue was legally advertised under <br />date of January 28, 1963 and given public hearing on <br />February 7, 1963. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that the best zoning for the subject property <br />would be "A" Residential. It was therefore, <br />duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried <br />that the petition be recommended favorably to <br />the Council. <br />Very truly yours, <br />CITY.PLANNING CCOOOMMISSION <br />Robert L.
