HUFF The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from "B" Residential Use District and "B" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use District and "A" Height and Area District the property generally described as being bounded on the west by Woodland Ave., on the north by Elwood Avenue, on the south by Ardmore Trail and on the east by Sheridan Avenue, plus Lots 32 -39 inclusive and lot 141 which are bounded on the west by Sheridan Avenue was legally advertised under date of January 28, 1963 and given public hearing on February 7, 1963. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for the subject property would be "A" Residential.
