ORDINANCE NO. 4546 - - -63 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN <br />THE SOUTH BEND CITY WATER WORKS AND THE <br />BURROUGHS CORPORATION, FOR THE PURCHASE <br />OF THREE (3) BURROUGHS STYLE .F6307 ACCOUNTING <br />MACHINES FOR THE SUM OF $14, 628. 00 LESS TRADE - <br />IN ALLOWANCE ON MODEL F301 MACHINE S, SERIAL <br />NUMBERS F16362P, F31734P, and F52834P of $4, 100. 00, <br />FOR -THE NET PRICE OF $10,528. 00 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the contract entered into between the South Bend <br />City Water Works and the Burroughs Corporation, on <br />the 5th day of December, _ 1962, for the purchase of <br />three (3) Burroughs Style F6307 Accounting Machines <br />for the sum of $14, 628. 00, less Trade in allowance on <br />Model F301 Machines, Serial Numbers F16362P, <br />F31734P, and F52834P of $4, 100. 00, for the net <br />price of $10, 528. 00, is hereby approved and confirmed. <br />SECTION II.
