ORDINANCE NO. ' K�. <br />AN ORDINANCE ZONING A NEWLY ANNEXED TRACT NOW WITHIN AND <br />A PART OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND INDIANA <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana; <br />Section 1 <br />That the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, Indi- <br />ana, to -wit: <br />The East Half (1/2) of the North Half (1/2) of the Southwest Quarter <br />(1/4) of Section Twenty (20), Township Thirty -seven (37) North, <br />Range Three (3) East, containing Forty (40) acres, more or less, <br />excepting therefrom a parcel of land in the center thereof Five <br />Hundred (500) feet in length, North and South, and Five Hundred <br />(500) feet in width, East and West, which parcel is bounded by <br />a line running as follows, to -wit: <br />Starting at a point Four Hundred Ten (410) feet West of the North - <br />South center line of said Section Twenty -(20) and Four Hundred <br />Ten (410) feet South of the East -West center line of said section; <br />thence West parallel with the East -West centerline of said section <br />a distance of Five Hundred (500) feet; thence South parallel with <br />the North -South center line of said section a distance of Five <br />Hundred (500) feet; thence East Five Hundred (500) feet; thence <br />North Five Hundred (500) feet to the place of beginning, <br />be and the same is hereby zoned "B" Residential Use District and "F" Height <br />and Area District. <br />Section 2 <br />That the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, Indi- <br />ana, to -wit: <br />A parcel of land in the center of the East Half (1/2) of the North <br />Half (1/2) of the Southwest Quarter (1/4) of Section Twenty (20), <br />Township Thirty -seven (37) North, Range Three (3) East, which <br />parcel is bounded by a line running as follows, to -wit: <br />Starting at a point Four Hundred Ten (410) feet West of the North - <br />South center line of said Section Twenty (20) and Four Hundred <br />Ten (410) feet South of the East -West center line of said section; <br />thence West parallel with the East -West center line of said section <br />a distance of Five Hundred (500) feet; thence South parallel with <br />the North -South center line of said section a distance of Five <br />Hundred (500) feet; thence East Five Hundred (500) feet; thence <br />North Five Hundred (500) feet to the place of beginniniKED IN CLERK'S OFF& <br />r1" ^ 71982 <br />ev "1' 0400 a 96)Y+MMIfj imo. <br />
