WEST <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission <br />to zone "Al' Residential Use District and "A" Height and <br />Area District the recently annexed land being generally <br />described as having 826 feet frontage on the south side <br />of Jackson Road, and lying midway between Ironwood and <br />Miami Roads.was legally advertised under date of November <br />26, 1962 and given public hearing on December 6, 1962. <br />The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that the best zoning for the subject property <br />would be "A" Residential.
