HUFF <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission <br />to zone "A" Residential Use District and "A" Height and <br />Area District the recently annexed land being generally <br />described as being bounded on the east by the centerline <br />of Hickory,!.Road, on the south by the north line of <br />Bulls. Road and on the west and north by the present <br />city limits was legally advertised under date of November <br />26, 1962 and given public hearing on December 6, 1962. <br />The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that <br />the best zoning for the property would be residential. <br />It was therefore duly moved, seconded, and unanimously <br />carried that the petition be recommended favorably <br />to the Cemncil. <br />Very truly yours, <br />CITY PLANNING <br />C0I07ISSION <br />Z /�- z <br />/Robert L.
