�FAP 045 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING <br />ONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section 1: <br />That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, <br />be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by <br />changing the zoning classification of the following <br />described property from "C" Commercial Use and "D" Height <br />and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height <br />and Area District: <br />Lots Number 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, and 16 of Wilson's <br />Sub of Part of B.O,L. 100,101 and 102 including <br />Lots Number 9, 10, 11 and Lots 13 -20 inclusive of <br />J. B.
