Exhibit"B" <br /> Union Station Technology Center,MOU 1 Amended Budget <br /> The project budget for improvements and equipment purchases related to Memorandum <br /> of Understanding #1 entered into by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission on <br /> March 8, 2012, was capped at Two Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars <br /> ($2,200,000.00). <br /> Bids were received by the Board for this project (Project No. 112-046) and it has been <br /> awarded to All-Phase Electric Supply Co. Since the commencement of construction <br /> work, additional work has been identified. Two change orders were submitted to the <br /> Board, Change Order No. 2 in the amount of$26,453.00 and Change Order No. 3in the <br /> amount of$195,221.35 for a total of$221,674.35. <br /> The Project Budget is now increased to $2,421,674.35 <br />
