ORDINANCE NO.�� l�—G <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 6. 0 SUBSECTION <br />6. 2, and SECTION 10. 0 OF ORDINANCE NO. 4421 - -61 <br />AS AMENDED <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That Section 6. 0 - Display of License - Records, <br />Subsection 6.2 - General, shall be amended to read <br />as follows: <br />6. 2 - General. All bills, cards, advertising, or stationery <br />issued or distributed by any person licensed or otherwise <br />accredited by this Ordinance, shall contain his name and <br />address, and number shown on his badge. <br />SECTION II. That Section 10. 0 - Violation Penalty, is hereby amended <br />to read as follows: <br />SECTION 10. 0 Violation Penalty. Any person violating any <br />of the provisions of this law shall be deemed guilty of a <br />misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined <br />not to exceed $300. 00. Each day such violation is com- <br />mitted, or permitted to continue, shall constitute a <br />separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder. <br />SECTION III.
