HUFF <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to <br />zone "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District <br />the recently annexed land being generally described as a <br />parcel of land fronting 1054 feet along the north side of <br />Edison Road and being bounded on the west by the Eastgate <br />Estates Addition on the north by the centerline of Rose <br />Street and on the east by the I & M Electric Company property <br />was legally advertised under date of September 24, 1962 <br />and given public hearing on October 4, 1962. The following <br />action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that <br />the best zoning for the area would be residential. <br />It was therefore duly moved, seconded, and unanimously <br />carried that the petition be recommended favorably <br />to the Council. <br />Very truly yours, <br />CITY ".'PLANNING COMMISSION <br />ber L.
