Hayes Inc. respectfully tables the above September 18`h, 2008 petition until the October 16, 2008 <br />meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City South Bend. <br />A decision has been made by the Park Board to offer to lease the above referenced property in lieu of selling the <br />property.
