Bernhard to build a single - <br />family home at 1019 Notre Dame Avenue. Also attached is a copy of the petition, Statement of Benefits <br />form, and supporting information. <br />The report contains the department's findings relative to the above petition. The petitioner proposes to <br />build a single - family home at a cost of $450,000. The project meets the qualifications for a (5) five -year <br />real property tax abatement.
