WORDEN <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to <br />rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />District the property generally described as being bounded <br />on the east by the first north -south alley east of <br />Kenmore Street, on the west by the first north -south alley <br />west of Chicago Street, on the north by the first east - <br />west alley south of Western Avenue, and on the south by <br />Ford Street was legally advertised under date of September <br />23, 1963 an& given public hearing on October 3, 1963• <br />The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that the best zoning for the area would be <br />"A" Residential.
