NOBLE ORDINANCE NO. <br />if7Y v!EQK- SOUTH CENJ, IM ➢; <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS <br />IN THE FAIR EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES COMMISSION, <br />$10.00 <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the <br />adoption of the existing annual budget, so that it is now necessary to appropriate <br />more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions <br />of City Government to meet such extraordinary emergencies: <br />SECTION I. BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, that for the expenses of the City <br />Government and its institutions for the year ending December <br />31, 1963, the following sums of money are hereby appro- <br />priated and set apart out of the several funds herein named <br />and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws <br />governing the same, and such sums herein appropriated <br />shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to be <br />made during the year, unless otherwise expressly stipulated <br />and provided by law. <br />SECTION II. That for said fiscal year, there is hereby appropriated out <br />of the various City funds hereinafter named, the following <br />specified amount to meet such extraordinary emergencies, <br />as follows: <br />FAIR EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES COMMISSION FUND <br />Account No. 64 - Employees Hospital and <br />Medical Insurance $10.00 <br />SECTION III'. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations <br />- now have unobligated balances which will not be needed for the <br />purposes herein for which appropriated, it is therefore, further <br />ordained by the aforesaid Common Council that such unnecessary <br />existing appropriations are now reduced in amounts as follows: <br />FAIR EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES COMMISSION FUND <br />Account No. 241 - Printing, other than office supplies $10. 00 <br />SECTION IV.
