HUFF <br />The attached petition of the Estate of Dean Tasher to <br />rezone from "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />to "B" Residential Use and "B" Height and Area District <br />the property generally described as bounded on the east <br />by St. Joseph Street, on the west by Michigan Street, on <br />the north by Donmoyer Avenue, and on the south by Farneman <br />Avenue was legally advertised under date of August 26, 1963 <br />and given public hearing on September 5, 1963. The following <br />action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that <br />the requested zoning was the most desirable for <br />the property and area in question.
